An internet user recently discovered that a stray cat was roaming freely inside the Suzhou High-Tech District Cultural and Sports Center Library. The cat seemed to have made itself at home, navigating through bookshelves and even using them as its sleeping quarters. When someone complained to the library staff about the stray cat, they were surprised to learn that it held an esteemed position.
The feline in question is named Lihua and has been formally employed by the library with its own employee number: 222. Initially, Lihua wandered into the library seeking shelter but was discovered by staff members who grew fond of its gentle nature. They petitioned their superiors for permission to keep Lihua as part of their team.
Today, Lihua's duties include patrolling the library premises and charming visitors with its adorable antics. It has become quite popular locally and gained fame as an internet celebrity pet.
